Aurelian Homes

Built once. Kept for generations.

Every wall placed by hand, and by intent.

Finished the way it was drawn.

The land

It begins with the ground. We walk the site with you before a line is drawn, reading light, grade and prevailing wind, so the house is shaped by the land rather than placed on it.

Cleared lot before constructionFoundation and first walls rising

The structure

Our own crews frame, roof and finish. One team from footing to fascia means one standard, kept the whole way through, and no detail lost in a handoff.

The handover

The last walk is taken together, room by room. Nothing is signed until it is right.

Beyond the single residence.

Floor by floor, the same standard.

A new skyline, held to an old promise.

Boutique developments and private towers, built by the same hands that build our homes.

In their words

Built for the people who live in them.

Every Aurelian home begins with a conversation and ends with a key. A few of our clients, in their own words.

We had built twice before and expected the usual compromises. There were none. The house we live in is the house we were shown on paper.

Eleanor and James Whitcombe

Private residence, Coral Gables

What stayed with me was the quiet. No noise, no surprises, no calls that began with 'unfortunately'. They simply built it, and built it well.

Three years on, every door still closes the way it did on the first day. That is the thing nobody tells you to look for, and the thing you notice most.
